Science Selfies

Calling all scientists... Miss McStay would love to see some   selfies of you doing something scientific at home. It could be anything at all, here are some examples; planting some seeds, a mini beast hunt, dropping mentos in coke or making some slime!

Once you have taken a photo of you being a scientist, send it to Miss MscStay's email address and explain what science you have been doing or what you have learnt.  Entries need to be in by Tuesday 5th May.

A message from Miss McStay to all who took part in the "Science Selfies" competition and to announce the winners!

"Wow! Seeing all of the fantastic science you have all been doing at home has put a huge smile on my face! Thank you very much to all of you for taking part and making it so difficult for me to choose some winners. After a lot of thinking (and asking other teachers for help!) I have decided on the following winners..."

Mason - I loved your prediction about what would happen to the water!

Ghazi - Static electricity ghosts is one of my favourite activities... Very fun and easy to do at home!

Shahnaz - You have shown me a new activity that I’ve never tried before!

Kayla - A fun, simple activity and I wish I looked as cool as you do in goggles!

Well done you four! And thank you again to everyone else for taking part, I really have loved looking through the selfies!
